I purchased my fascia blaster in August of 2016 and started using it immediately. Watched tons of videos and started blasting . Back then we were told to go fast and hard hit that 7 pain level and really dig in which I did :( had major bruising and unreal detox so stopped for a few weeks and then blasted again ! Same problems major bruising and even worse "detox" thought I had the flu so went to dr but everything was negative so I waited awhile and then back at it . Sick again this time it lasted for three months :( asked questions was told this is normal don't stop heat that stuff up eat some charcoal. Yep I'm an idiot so kept going even bought a portable sauna to really get that heat going . Now I have crepe skin that was NEVER there before ???? So I went into the Facebook page and started looking around and noticed that I wasn't the only one experiencing this but all those comments soon got deleted ! I swear it's like a cult in there these ladies will attack anyone who posts anything negative. So I asked a simple question one day about why the comments showing negative results were deleted ? Was immediately told that they did not do that and I stated that that was untrue and BAM blocked . Went over to the Guru page and yep blocked there also . Decided to pop in the over 40 group and told them I was deleted and yep they booted me also? So don't be fooled if you think there aren't MANY dissatisfied customers because there are they just can't share it with you unless they find this page and a few others like amazon who don't sensor the truth thank goodness ! Dig deep and check out some of her older you tube videos before she takes them down please ! This is how we were told to use our blaster although everything has changed now because the old ways weren't working and causing problems . I would have never bought this if I had known that I was a tester I miss my old body ??????????? So please do your research and God Bless

I was concerned because I developed a 'dimply' look on my tummy and flanks and upper chest that I did not have before blasting. I searched for Fasciablaster in Facebook and found some groups that reported negative effects. In there, there were quite a few photos of what appear to be skin detachment / landslide and crepe skin. I did notice some improvement in the appearance of cellulite on my legs, but now I am afraid to use it in case my skin becomes loose :(

I received the fascia blaster a week ago. When I entered "how to" on utube, instructions did say hard and fast. Needless to say, I now have lots of bruising. When you say everything has changed, do you mean there are new instructions? (These comments are scaring me, too.)

The protocol is brisk and not a pain level over 4 on a scale of 1 to 10 ... read the blog how to blast on her page .. I have been using mine 8 months and I could not be happier.. they use to say pain level of 7 you should never go over a 7 ... I Someone new to blasting needs to start slowly... it is a change of lifestyle just like exercising and diet ..take it slow for the first few months and then you can be more aggressive.. good luck! Do NOT do this!! I only used it for a week and, now that most bruises are gone, I have little broken capillaries grouped in several areas on my legs. I have never had these on my legs before!

Reallyrhonda77, thank you for sharing your experience! When I read it, I had already done a week of blasting. Thanks to you, I stopped and began reading more reviews and was convinced that I should not proceed until I saw how my body responded. Even though I stopped, my period has been irregular for the past month, I've had night sweats since the first night after blasting, and, as mentioned in a previous post, I now have many broken capillaries on my legs. I take orthotricyclen, so if I don't stop bleeding when I start my upcoming cycle of birth control, I will have to see a physician. Like so many others, I wish I hadn't heard of this. Unfortunately, I wasn't even looking for it; I simply came across it in a RealSelf email. The review there was positive. It didn't occur to me that something that looked so simple could be so harmful... I mean, it isn't surgery or laser or anything you would ever typically be reluctant to try. From this, I have learned to ALWAYS search for negative reviews before purchasing!!
