Scarless Breast Lift So Far Unhappy

UPDATED FROM Secret55

Had A Revision And Will Need Another One In The Future

$20,000
I was on the fence about posting this. First let me say his office girls are great! Jana is amazing and I don’t think I could have gotten this far without her, and I don’t have anything but positive words for her and the other ladies in the office.
I went back for a revision, as you can see I had the “dog ears”, they came together weirdly in the middle, and the scar underneath sat way to high on the breast. My revision was in office and all I had for pain was some numbing shots that were put in at random, let me tell you in hurt like hell! The scar was pulled down and closer towards the crease, the dog ears clipped, and more stitches in the middle to try to keep them separated. This was done last year. Currently the size and shape of them is still uneven including the size of the nipples. I still have some dogs ears on the side even though they’re not as bad, and the stitches didn’t hold up in the middle for one of them so now they come together in the middle in a weird uneven way. You can also feel chunks of stitches underneath. The part in the middle bothers me the most because it’s very obvious when I’m not wearing a bra. Instead of flying back to Texas a third time I looked up another doctor in Cali that he trained for this same surgery. She told me the only way to get them to have a good shape and be even is to do a traditional lift, which would include the anchor/ vertical scar. Not having the vertical scar was the whole reason for all of this so needless to say I left her office feeling very disappointed and defeated.
If I could do it all over again I would choose NOT to do this surgery again. The scars that come up the middle are very high and very visible, I’ve had to buy new bras and swimsuits because it showed in all my old stuff. I wear low cut shirts so it has been very disappointing to have it so high. Also, ever since the first survey I’ve had numbness from underneath the nipples to the bottom of the breasts that it looks like is now going to be permanent. It can be very painful because they itch but theirs no feeling when I scratch them, its a daily thing I now have to deal with. Then theirs the costs. After his fees, hospital fees, two trips to Texas along with hotel accommodations and everything else I’ve spent about $20,000. I feel if you’re going to charge such a premium price then you should have all the kinks worked out, and they definitely don’t. Credits should be given to patients that need multiple revisions, it shouldn’t be on us to spend more money trying to get a good result or the results we were initially promised. On top of the fact that I’m not happy with how they look and at some point I will need another revision/ surgery with someone and that will again be more money out of my pocket.
I can try to answer questions if anyone has them and good luck in whichever way you choose.
The first photo is right after the revision. The other ones are what they look like now.

Me too. Needing a third surgery. But he left me an absolute mess. Never ever us this doctor. Money, it cost me in Australian dollars twenty one thousand for his surgery, nine extra for flights, accomadation, car etc. Eighteem and a half for revision here in Sydney and most likely the same for revision three. He left me so messed up I am not even sure if I can be fixed.

I wish you the best. Glad you told your story, the truth needs to be out
based on the picture I think you resulta came out wonderfully after the revision! just my opinion but they look full, round, young and beautiful. The problems you mentioned I only noticed after reading your opinion about it, because the first thing I noticed was that the revision looks so nice. I hope you will be able to see it from my perspective and be happy with what you have, I definitely don’t think you’ll need another revision.
I think your revision looks a lot better!! So that’s a positive.
Hope you are doing well. I have to be honest, I thought your results looked really good. Of course I am not in your body so you may be seeing and noticing something else entirely. Just wanted to let you know the pics look good, and hopefully you have come to like your results after all you went through with this.
Your boobs look great. We’re our own wort critic. Think about how much scarring you would’ve had with a normal lift. Not to mention, your boobs will be perky forever since you chose Horndeski. :)

Hi I had the "scarless breast lift" with Dr Gary...

Hi I had the "scarless breast lift" with Dr Gary Horndeski and so far im unhappy with the results. I don't know if I'm on track for them to heal normally or if this is what I'm stuck with now. I've contacted the office about my concerns and they're telling me to wait which I'm ok with as long as I know it's not permanent. Any and all opinions are appreciated especially if you've had this procedure before.

Is it the little dog ears on the inner aspects of your breasts? I understand, from other RS posts, those can be revised under local in his office. I think the trade off is worth not having the vertical incisions, don't you? The horizontal incisions, while not perfectly in your inframammary crease, will fade and be almost impossible to see. I think you look awesome! What are your concerns?
He did the same procedure on me in January. Your nipples look great and will settle in more. Mine did. Your outside shape looks soooo good. I have dog ears and I'm having them fixed in December. The way I look at it is I don't have a vertical scar and I'd rather he do it in steps and make tweaks than most of what I have seen from women with the anchor procedure, here on RealSelf. Give it a bit more time. I'm 7 month out and mine at still changing and getting better. That's why I'm waiting until December to have him do the tweaks, and girl BRA BRA BRA! I am still wearing a good supportive bra because even wearing just a sports bra for a day changes them. A good bra makes all the difference.
Hello Secret55. Thank you for your review. As it is my desire to get the best results for my patients during the initial surgery, sometimes revisions are necessary. As suggested, it my professional opinion to wait 6 months minimum before undergoing revisions. I do believe you would benefit from some minor revisions that will give you the exact results you deserve. Please call my office and let’s set a treatment plan for the revision. My goal is to make you be very happy and satisfied with your decision to allow me to become a part of your journey.

Sincerely,
Dr. H
I personally think u look pretty good! The only issue I see is the dog ears in the cleavage area, which from what I understand is a pretty easy fix. Wait the suggested amount of time & you'll be fine! I hope to have this procedure soon myself
I am sorry to say he has had so many bad reviews on this site with photos like yours...a few others have had far worse results than you. It probably wont get any better. Do yourself a huge favor and find another plastic surgeon. Good Luck to you.
Don’t always listen to the bad reviews!! Dr Horndeski is great - I’m happy with the results he gave me & im still healing!
