Ok I have some pics from before, after and now. Honestly I think the procedure works differently for diffrent people. Like our bodies respond differently to the freeze. I'm 16 days post procedure and my tummy is flat already. Worth it? The pain was excruciating for 7 whole days with pain peaking at the worst on day 6-7 . Numbness is just about gone!
Day 13, long past 13 days that's for sure
Today I am 13 days post procedure and this is the first normal day I have had since day 1. I am definitely flatter in my belly but heck!!! I have been in so much pain who cares anything about eating!! So that could possibly be why. Lots of bloating still with just minor numbness but the pain finally started subsiding around day 7 but got worse at night. Day 8 was my first best day post procedure and the pain was better at night that day. I was finally able to somewhat cuddle with my husband and that was the first night I was able to sleep all night until 5am without waking in pain. But yes kept an ice pack on my tummy all night, then it would begin to hurt and wake me once the cold ice pack thawed, so I had to have another waiting in the freezer and make my husband get up to retrieve it. Very frustrating to say the least... and absolutely no love making with my husband. I just could not handle aby additional "bounce" of my tummy. Driving was awful too. The bumps in road and turning movements of my arms was pretty uncomfortable. I just hope it's all worth it. I have had many issues with my body. But after this, I learned to love EVERY part of my body. No woman should have to go through that just to look like what they think society wants. It's seriously child birth like pains. No woman deserves that unless they are birthing their children, not flattening their tummy.

I'm on day 6 after having 4 sections done on my abdomen with the smaller applicator and the pain haand been excruciating. I found that helps me is laying flat with spray on biofreeze every 30 mins makes a huge difference. My pain gets worse at night so I have 2 ice packs to alternate but the ice packs are most effective at curving the pain along with extra strength Tylenol every 4 hours. I have a muscle relaxer prescription tat I have to take at night or else I can't sleep :( hope this helps someone else... the pain is unbearable most of the time so.... be prepared if your going to have this done. But I must say my stomach has already gone down alot and I'm already seeing results
