Terrible Dysport outcomes!!!!

I had my glabella area, crows feet and masseters injected with Dysport. Both upper and bottom face looks TERRIBLE. Can someone pinpoint what went wrong here and how can I prevent this from happening again. I thought I did my research on the injector but clearly I was wrong. Please let me know what questions to ask or what areas of injection are a clear sign of RUN OUT THE DOOR! Can this be reversed faster than just waiting 3-4 months?

Thank you for starting a review, I hope you find the support you need here.

I had dysport and suffered from a severe droopy eye, disorientation and blurry vision, headaches and tension and visually looked like a stroke patient for 2 and a half months. I still have not recovered completely. Don't try to correct it with more muscle relaxant. Let I wear off. It ruined my summer and I did not want to leave the house to go to work. It's a horrible time, and to think that I I payed good money to look like that!
How long has it been since your dysport injection? Sorry that it still hasn't covered yet! I'm so frightful I won't get my smile back.
I have the same, I have tmj and treating my forhead with dysport has given me a droopy eyebrow lids and made my tmj so much more painful I can barely open my mouth.
Did you fully recover?
It's been almost 2 and a half months. I have had the worst time. I'm.going to be honest, the person who injected me said it would correct its self in a month but you'll find it will improve as time goes on and it starts to wear off. I did hot and cold compression on my eye, so I soaked a muslin cloth into hot water from a kettle and then cold compression was ice cubes from the fridge to the eye lid as it was half closed due to the dysport that had leaked to the back of the eye. The most honest answer is that you'll just have to wait it out. Its upsetting but trust me you will get your smile back. It's a long wait I know but a lesson to be learned. Avoid dysport as the effects on me were shocking.
Is your eye getting better? Almost back to normal soon? I'm disputing with my credit card about this bad unsatisfactory service since the medspa refuse to make any refunds.
Good luck with your claim. Unfortunately these clinic tend not to take responsibility for the distress caused.
I am sooo sorry for your trauma. I had eyelid surgery in January and it didn't work and was left with 1 droopy eye. The nurse told me he would fix it (but he didn't). I paid for Botox for wrinkles around crows feet, forehead, & furrow and he must have injected way too much to also try to lift my eyelid. It was horrible. They called it DR SPOCK-ING (I was jacked up to the ceiling on 1 side - not to mention it was on a long holiday weekend and I looked like a freak and couldn't attend any gatherings while my doctor went on his vacay. The so called remedy was to wait for 10 days and they would massage and gently reinject It never evened out my brows but it settled them down - very slightly. My doctor is wonderful in the surgery room but I would never allow him to do fillers ever again. I hope you are able to get some relief soon. I am so sorry this happened to you.
Thanks for sharing. My smile is still awful.
