I received micro needling about 1 month ago . The medical assistant caused damage to my skin . She went over my skin tags on my face several times with the needling which has caused hyperpigmention What can i do to fix this ?

You need Tretinoin in the evening and Azaleic Acid in the morning. I, too, developed post inflammatory hyperpigmentation from this. I regret it every day.

Tretinoin and hydroquinone and if your doctor won’t give it to you buy it on Musely it pretty much removed any dark marks
