Had 3 TempSure Envi facial and neck treatments spaced a few weeks apart. Saw NO improvement of any kind during the process, and it has now been over 90 days since the third treatment (was told best results are 90 days after final treatment). Was told that you have to be patient with this type of treatment. There was NO improvement, and if anything it aged my face. TRULY wish I could get my money back.

Hi! Just curious, I was told that hydration and staying out of the sun was super important for the best results. I know some people that had this done and one of them that was unsatisfied is a big swimmer and never wears sunscreen. They also never drink enough water and their results were not as good as some other people I know. Were you given these instructions as well? And how far apart were your treatments? The place I'm thinking of getting it done say that 1 month apart is best (same place that emphasizes hydration and sun protection).
