Wanted a C cup from a DDD. Instead got barely a full B cup. Have large dog ears under my armpits bigger then my breasts. Have no cleavage and very unhappy. Is there a way to correct it and if so, how long do I need to wait before having it done. Will I be able to have implants to make C cup? Any help

She did my skin removal 8mos ago. Still not healing. Have hole on my scar and dog ears on both sides of my hips. I believe she did not follow what I asked for. I wanted a full C cup and was left with the pictures above. She left me with two large dog ears under my armpits. Never spoke to her after surgery. She never told me she was going to do what she did. If I had known, no surgery for me. I lost 114 lbs. I needed this for health reasons but I cant live with with results. They need to be corrected asap. Dont know where to go to have this corrected. Im getting married this summer. Cant even find a bra to fit me. Any advice would be appreciated.

Dog ear revision is USUALLY covered if the original procedure was covered by insurance (but, since every plan is different, don't assume it's covered without checking first). I had smaller dog ears after my surgery and was asked to wait 6 months before having them revised.

If the procedure is one that wasn't covered by insurance, you can still have the dog ears removed, you'll just pay out of pocket for it.

It's worth noting that you may still have bra rolls even with the dog ears fixed, as most of those types of surgeries consider lipo of the bra roll area to be 'cosmetic' and you'll have to pay out of pocket if you want that as well.

Depending on how close you are to a C cup, you may be able to have fat grafting done to increase your cup size so, if you don't want implants, looking into fat grafting may be an option.

It looks like you will need a revision. It depends on the circumstances what the financial situation will be. It looks like you might need something done in the middle area in the front, as well as under the arms. Unfortunately as the previous commenter said, you normally have to wait minimum six months before revision. Why have you not seen the surgeon again? Hasn't there been any follow up on the other problems you had? My advice would be to start with that surgeon first, it is her duty to take care of you post-surgery. If the problems cannot be resolved there, then you should get an opinion from another surgeon, perhaps one who does reconstructive type surgery.
