Day 19.... Super Tired
I ran some errands yesterday and was out of the house for a few hours. By the time I got home I was exhausted, and all day today I haven't hardly had any energy. I haven't really don't much of anything but relaxed - icing off and on, laying in the recliner with my legs up.
Everything is healing well... Posting a few pics from earlier while I was waiting for the silicone strips to dry.

Day 12 Pictures -Love my Belly Button!
Today is good so far! The areas where the drains came out are a little tender, but aside from that, still swollen but much better energy.
Day 11 Post Tummy Tuck and Lipo
Yesterday I was feeling down emotionally. I didn't have a lot of energy and didn't really feel like doing much. I think I did a bit too much the day before, and need to remind myself to keep it slow.
Today I did some slow walking in the neighborhood, and things around the house. I vaccummed the house (I have hard wood floors), and watched a lot of tv, using ice packs and Tylenol for any or row I start working again from home, and will be taking breaks as needed. I am very lucky to have a wonderful manager that supports my recovery.
I am not not picking my results at all!!! I have a lot of swelling, but Dr. Boll has done such a wonderful job. My belly button is healing nicely and I am just so excited to see the final results weeks down the road. I will take more pictures tomorrow to upload.
Any suggestions for helping with the swelling?

Dr. Boll makes me feel that my concerns and questions are important, and really helped to address my disorder fully with me to help me feel positive about moving forward. Originally I wanted to do a mommy makeover and she helped me realize that doing one procedure at a time will help me better know how I will heal. I am very excited to see myself without the CG, and to watch as I heal over time!
