I'm feeling much better. Hardly any pain. Bruising is all gone. My doctor did call to follow up but I was not available to answer the call, he left me a message. Still have my stitches, I hope they disintegrate soon.

You look great! That is strange that nobody called and checked up on you. After my procedure I had to go back the next day just so the doctor could make sure I was o.k.. They had given me a sea sick patch to put behind my ear the night before surgery to help prevent nausea and they removed it at this appt. I then had to go back the day after that and have surgical drains removed. Then I had one more appt. a week later when they took out the stitches and fit me with a compression garment (I had been wrapped in foam and a compression wrap before). My next appt. isn't for about another three weeks or so.

I had dissolvable stitches. My follow up is 3 months from surgery date. My Dr. Did call to follow up but I missed the call.

I am sore, bruised and swollen! I have not taken any pictures because my body looks horrible! My back aches from the wet pads that I had to keep on my body since i was not allowed to remove the compression garment for 48 hours. All the drainage just stayed in the pads for those two days. When I was able to shower I removed the pads they weighted at least 5 pounds. There is a lot of rippling and dimples and hardness in my stomach. I am hoping this appearance goes away very soon. I'm a little disappointed that no one from my doctors office called to follow up to see how I was doing after the procedure. I'm still very nervous about what I will look like after I heal.
