Dr Farhad Hafezi Changed my Life! - Tehran, Iran

Ever since I've discovered this website,I've had the chance to get to know many amazing women and got to talk to them via comments or messaging.Some are here to share their stories with happy endings while other ones are here to try to help people avoid making the same mistakes they did.Many girls from realself helped me get through the very hard phase of pre surgery which is like an emotional roller coaster and many helped me with their tips and advices after the surgery and I'm forever grateful for that.
This week I was trying to help a girl who had had her rhinoplasty with the same surgeon as I did and unfortunately was very unhappy with the results.What I was mainly trying to do was to first save my doctor's reputation on this website because I admire and respect him a lot and I think it's unfair to damage 25 years of achievements and success with some unfair and angry reviews.and secondly I was really trying to help the poor girl see that her problems aren't very major and that some of the things that she's going through are normal and was totally trying to console her.But GOD she hasn't stopped harassing and bullying me ever since.She keeps messaging me about how fake my nose looks and how horrible my nose was before the surgery.She just simply DOESNT LEAVE ME ALONE.I was totally trying to help her feel better about the doctor,healing process and results but she just wouldn't stop sending cruel mean messages.I understand her anger but why do some women feel better when they try to sabotage another woman? I have clearly said that I am beyond satisfied and happy with my new nose but it seems like she can't stand that! It's 2017 Try kindness and accepting other people's opinions AND FREAKIN RESPECT THEM. I really hope she feels better ASAP and simply stop sending me mean messages LOL

I'm currently in my 4th month post surgery and I couldn't be any happier and more satisfied.Dr Hafezi has created exactly what he showed me on the simulator although it's still very swollen specially in the morning.I don't have any breathing problems and I keep getting nice comments and compliments about my new look.

I had the most horrible nose.I was bullied and hurt by other people because of it all my life.Even my own parents always insisted on getting a nose job but I was too scared of what might happen to me during the surgery.I once went to Dr. Hafezi in 2013 but decided not to do the surgery because I was really scared.this year after series of online harassments and bullyings (since I do some modeling) I finally decided to do it and booked my appointment with Dr Hafezi.the day of the surgery was very stressful since I was REALLY afraid of having a surgery but everyone in Arad hospital were very helpful and polite and made me feel at complete ease.Dr Hafezi visited me before the surgery at my room and greeted me nicely.30 minutes before the surgery the nurse injected me a shot which was a little painful but it relaxed me a lot.inside the operation room the staff were really really nice and kept joking and made me laugh a lot.The next thing I remember is seeing my father's face saying Golesorkh you already look so much more beautiful.I had a little headache and vomitted blood twice which I heard was normal.My face was really swollen and bruised too.They took me hope an hour after I woke up.first night was pretty uncomfortable since I couldn't breathe through my nose and I had headache.The next morning I went back to the hospital so Dr Hafezi would take out those tampons from my nose trills.People always said that taking them out is painful but it was NOTHING! Dr Hafezi did it himself and told me to try to avoid taking painkillers (I took painkillers as soon as I got home haha) and told me to spray my nose and clean the stitches with some antibiotic creams.I had maximum bruising and swelling on day 3 but on day 4 it all went down and I was completely back to normal life.on day 5 I washed my hair and stepped out of the house.day 7 I drove to Dr Hafezi's office MYSELF to take off the splint.He taught me how to do the tapping and gave his email so I could contact him if I had any questions.My front profile wasnt much desirable at first since I had SO MUCH swelling but my side profile was AMAZING and exactly like the picture he showed me on his computer.Everytime I emailed Dr Hafezi he replied within a few hours.I went to his office a month later.He told me that I need to do the tapping for 2 more weeks.Since that day,my nose is looking better and better each day as the swelling is slowly going down but still,I can't decide about my final results since I'll probably have swelling until a year or more.DO NOT believe all the bad comments and reviews about Dr Hafezi he honestly is the best Dr. in Tehran and has the most professional team in Arad hospital.I am forever grateful to have him as my surgeon.I will upload some of my before and after pics.
