I do not recommend the medical tour at all, I had a revision rhinoplasty done by Dr Farshid Mahboubirad in Tehran/Iran, an absolute waste of money and time plus my nose is looking worse than before and needs another revision. The doctor did not speak a word of English and was very unprofessional. I recently also read the news about Rodrigo Alves who also had his revision rhino with this doctor and ended up in hospital two months post-op due to necrosis and infection of the cartilages this doctor had used on him!

Yes, I've seen numerous bad nose jobs from this doctor. Be careful going to Iran for nose job. There are a number of good surgeons in there, however, the number of the novice ones outweighs. Two years ego I did a revision surgery there and ended up with a deformed nose with a perforated septum. I have difficulty breathing since then. my surgeon was Behrooz Farzam.

Dr Farzam is no longer a good surgeon either, apparently he leaves the operation to his assistants to do hence so many complaints & botched noses! Iran is no longer the capital of nose job as they used to say, it's become the capital of botched noses now
