Had a TCA 35% peel 4 months of healing time - a lot of steroids- antibiotics- creams -So Much I went through - so emotional and embarrassing- couldn’t leave the house - only to doctor appointments- I will need several laser treatments and no promise it will even help with the scarring- I couldn’t work because of open wounds- - very painful - and now scarred for life - She had layered me 3/4 xs with the acid - I had no ideal - I thought she knew what she was doing!! I can not be in the sun ever again ——

Thank you Debbie I appreciate it -- the healing is finally done but now it’s the scars - how do I go about it ? I have no ideal - trying to find a doc that can help me with the scarring- it’s so noticeable have a very deep indent in my nose and upper lip from the depth of the burn - and both sides of my face .

I have a question - I don’t know what it means hopefully someone can answer for me - I was told I got second degree burn’s because I have Skin type 3 ?? What does that mean and I’m confused with why that would have anything to do with scarring??
