Deep acne scars on 30yr old Male

By now the scab completely peeled off by itself. Had white spots in the scarring area and doctor said it takes few more days to heal. In short, after TCA, it takes around 1 to 2 months to see a considerable result. Since I was running short of vacation days and had to resume office, visited dermatologist again and consulted for another treatment with max 5 days of downtime. So, my dermatologist advised for co2 fractional with high power/intensity over the scars.
As usual, my face had numbing cream for 30 mins followed by cleaning of it. I belive she also applied spirit sort of thing to clean the residue. Once she started with the laser, I felt little pain 2 level on the scale of 1to 5 where 5 being here highest/unbearable. She carried out on the entire face except the beard and moustache section. I felt burning sensation for almost 4 to 5 hours post treatment. Before finishing, dermatologist applied antibiotic cream along with sunscreen. My face was completely red and swollen.
Since I'm leaving India in 6days, have taken two months of stock (creams, face wash, etc...) and will return after a year.
I feel the layer of skin will come off or disappear in 5 to 6 Days. I didn't wash face in last 24 hours. Fingers crossed and hoping for a no side effects or anything worst.
Will update after a month now.

After 2 days of treatment, I felt slight itchy on the treated area. As Doctor advised, applied moisturiser and sunscreen religiously 4 to 5 times a day. I feel the scab is coming out in 5 days but the process is slow. Most of the scab comes out during face washing. I'm not sure if I can see a difference in scarring but will wait for 10 more days to notice any difference. Ps. I'm not taking any medicines right now.

Since the age of 16 I've developed acne and have been treating them however wasn't consistent in taking medicines and following a healthy diet. Now I'm 30, and have deep acne scars with one or two acne popping in 2 weeks of time. I've undergone co2 and peeling along with oral medicines and topical creams. Still no major improvement in the appearance of scars. Finally after watching several videos of dermatologist around the world and specially Dr. David Lim from Brisbane. AUS. I decided to undergo TCA cross followed by Subcision or dermaroller. I did my first TCA CROSS 2 days before in pune, India. Doctors assistant applied numbing cream on my cheeks and left it for 39 mins. Later doctor cleaned the cream and started applying the drops of TCA with a Toothpick. I felt slight pricking sensation. She took around 10mins to apply and when I've checked myself in the mirror, I saw white dots all over my cheeks. I was advised to apply moisturiser and sunscreen 5 to 6 times a day and avoid going outside. Now its third day I have black dots all over the face. Will update after 8days... Fingers crossed.
