Huge improvements & no longer hiding behind makeup after TCA Peel

As an Aesthetician and being biracial, I have learned the importance of taking good care of my skin. Over the past year I had developed unusual pigmentation, predominantly on my right upper cheek. Dr. Bashey put together a skin care program which I used in preparation for a pure TCA chemical peel. While at the clinic last weekend, I observed men and women of all ages and skin tones, leaving happy and confident after their visit. There I met his nurse Jocelyn, whose demeanor was kind and thorough. She took pre-treatment photos as well as explained my informed consent. To my surprise, she stayed with me the entire treatment. Dr.Bashey consulted me with on my progress as well as realistic expectations and lifestyle changes that I will need to make in order to maintain my skin’s optimal skin health. I have found that struggling with my complexion has brought up a lot of emotions and sensitivities. Despite this, he not once made me feel insecure or foolish. Both Dr. Bashey and Jocelyn made sure that I was comfortable prior to the treatment and managed any and all discomfort with a fan that expels freezing cold air. The peel application itself took no more than 5 minutes before a soothing cream was applied. Dr. Bashey provided me with through post care instructions as well as post procedure products. I was encouraged both by doctor and nurse to remain in the office until all of my discomfort was alleviated. For those who are not familiar with pure TCA chemical peels, there is quite a bit of complexity behind this treatment. I would not have any other provider perform for me. I knew I was in great hands as Dr.Bashey he genuinely cares for his patients’ outcomes and results. I am beyond grateful for the huge improvements I have seen thus far.
