Big Nose Scar Post TCA Cross Peel

Hello friends, I had a TCA cross 70% in a small scar on my nose, little little, almost unperceptive, now it's around 0.5mm of diameter and 0.07mm deep, 2nd week after scab fall, still red, as normal and in the time of recovery... Ok, my question its about, do you consider do some treatment while the skin is in the time of recovering, maybe along the next 4 months, like an individual microneedle, or something else to take advantage that the skin is recovering, or will be better to wait?

To be honest, I have in home a mesotherapy needle and I did a microneedling in some scars resulted of the TCA peel too in my cheeks, and have not worst result, but couldn't say better, not sure if the recover I have there, because I have a recover of the volumen of the scars, it's because of not for the microneedling, so, what ever you say, thank you very much for read me, your time and labour.
