TCA + CO2 for acne scar on nose

I was so discouraged and scared that any treatment would not work for my scars on the nasal area. But overtime, I could see improvements. This is after 4 sessions of TCA cross (performed by dermatologist using 100% tca) and 6 sessions of CO2 and subcision.
I started seeing the best results after the TCA was performed. Before this I was doing TCA cross at home by myself. I thought how hard could it be...just buy a toothpick and paint like what I see in videos. However, I did not see much improvement, plus I also got some ugly hyperpigmentation haha. Afterwards, I decided to give up my DIY TCA and turned myself into the professionals. I really saw improvements (shown in pic).
I attribute this to 1. My dermatologist 2. The fact that I'm also doing CO2 which stimulates collagen and could make boost my TCA results.
This is just a post to encourage everyone who is also going through this journey so just keep going.

After 6 sessions of CO2 + subcision, 4 TCA crosses, 2 infini

it’s been 2 years since the last review. I have had 2 sessions of infini + 2 co2 + 2 subcision in early 2020. Then I had 4 more sessions if Co2 + subcision along with TCA Cross. In summary, my acne scars has been much shallower. The ice pick scar on the nose area was very effective with TCA, the shallow scars on my temple with subcision.

Wanted to encourage everyone who is going through this journey to keep going! I know it will take time and you just want to see results. But collagen formation takes time. Most importantly, don’t forget your sunscreen and DO NOT PICK on your acne (I learnt the hard way :/)

2 weeks after 2nd peel and the results are pretty amazing

I had a 70% peel for my 1st and 100% peel for my 2nd. I also had Pico resurfacing done twice 2 months before. I think this is all the effects combined because for Pico, you start to see results after a month which is around the time I took this photo. Definitely love the results. Even though the ice pick scars on the nasal area are still deep, I’m not giving up. I want to encourage everyone out there who is suffering from acne scars to stay motivated and prevent new acnes from happening. Eat clean and stay healthy!
Side notes: I had a bit of sunscreen on the after photo because I was avoiding sun like a plaque even when I’m at home. The sunscreen I use is Anessa Mild spf 50. Highly recommend because it doesn’t clog my pores!
