My tattoo is blue black ink, 5 years old and on my neck behind my ear, so very visible. Hoping for the most effective removal also in the shortest time possible, I chose the R20 Method at Disappearing Act in Redding, CA. 
I was expecting severe pain during the procedure. My nurse (who happens to also be my gorgeous sister) Wendy Van Kirk, applied a topical numbing agent. When that took effect...

A little over a month 

I’ve been crazy busy so haven’t updated in a while. I’m super happy with my progress. Remember this is ONE sitting with the R20 method. 

Loving my progression 

It’s a little scabby but already fading. Still tender but nowhere near what I had expected.
