**Breast Augmentation**Mentor memory shape 260 hp

I am having my breast augmentation in 3 days*omg* I'm driving myself crazy over sizing. Because of my small frame my doc is using sientra hp between 220 and 280cc submuscular, he chooses the size in the OR. I breast fed both of my children and my breasts are just sad. I went from a perky 34A small B pre children to a full C while breast feeding, now they are a deflated 32A. I want to achieve a full C small D max. I don't expect perfection because my breast are far from perfect now. Dr. Koch has a very warm personality, answered all of my questions during the consultation and explained everything in depth. He came highly recommended from a co worker, her breasts look and feel awesome.

Today was the big day my ps used Mentor 260cc medium height, high profile ,anatomical, memory shape implants. The pressure and discomfort is bad. I still haven't seen my girls, I woke up in a bra. I have to keep it on 24/7 for the next few weeks

The tightness and pain in my chest is much better today. I actually got some sleep last night and only took pain meds before I went to bed and none during the night. I was constipated and very gasy today. It took 2 dulcolax and a cup of black coffee to finally have a bm and that was not pleasant. I still haven't seen my new breasts and won't until this Friday at my post op appointment. I'm super excited and curious at to what size they'll be. I've been searching through profiles of other women with similar stats as me and similar implant sizes. Some look big and some look small. I really hoping for a nice c cup
