I am having my breast augmentation in 3 days*omg* I'm driving myself crazy over sizing. Because of my small frame my doc is using sientra hp between 220 and 280cc submuscular, he chooses the size in the OR. I breast fed both of my children and my breasts are just sad. I went from a perky 34A small B pre children to a full C while breast feeding, now they are a deflated 32A. I want to achieve a full C small D max. I don't expect perfection because my breast are far from perfect now. Dr. Koch has a very warm personality, answered all of my questions during the consultation and explained everything in depth. He came highly recommended from a co worker, her breasts look and feel awesome.

Made it to the other side

Today was the big day my ps used Mentor 260cc medium height, high profile ,anatomical, memory shape implants. The pressure and discomfort is bad. I still haven't seen my girls, I woke up in a bra. I have to keep it on 24/7 for the next few weeks

2 days later and starting to feel better

The tightness and pain in my chest is much better today. I actually got some sleep last night and only took pain meds before I went to bed and none during the night. I was constipated and very gasy today. It took 2 dulcolax and a cup of black coffee to finally have a bm and that was not pleasant. I still haven't seen my new breasts and won't until this Friday at my post op appointment. I'm super excited and curious at to what size they'll be. I've been searching through profiles of other women with similar stats as me and similar implant sizes. Some look big and some look small. I really hoping for a nice c cup

Post op today

Woke up today with a very tight uniboob than felt pretty good. Went for my post op and the doc said everything looks great. I have no bruising :) I go back for another follow up in 2 weeks

Post continued

I forgot to mention I am still very bloated even though I had a couple bowel movements. I still have to wear the lovely bra with the compression strap on top for another 10 days, 23 hours a day. I'm supposed to start doing light massages pressing down from the top of my breast once daily.

6 days post op one side dropping faster

I'm 6 days post op and my right side is dropping faster than my left. Is this normal? Also I have more discomfort in my left. I'm hoping they're just settling at different rates

Lefty still sitting high

Day 8 post op

Ladies if you have small children you NEED someone to assist you with them for at least the first week. You also NEED someone to assist you a minimum of 5 days. I could not get up and down by myself at all the first 24 hours. I couldn't pull my pants up and down to use the bathroom. The first couple of showers I took I couldn't wash my own hair. It was frustrating to feel so helpless so please make sure you have a good support system until you start to feel better. Today I'm starting to feel more like myself, the antibiotics are finished and I'm Percocet free. My left breast looks like it's dropping more ( thank goodness)

Day 9 post op first time drive since surgery

Today I drove and went to the mall.. Bad idea, now I'm having discomfort and slight burning in my left breast. I think it was to much to soon

13 days post op

Nipples are super sensitive

19 days post op

The skin on my breasts is literally sore than numb from my nipple down. My doc says that's normal. Otherwise I'm completely happy with my results so far
