What Implants Should I Go With??

L

I have 350cc HP implants over the muscle and going to have them change to under. My pockets were made too wide and they fall towards my armpits. I'm concerned about them being saggy. Should I go bigger to prevent that? What kind a implant would be good for me? I am 5"4 and weight 162. Please help, I'm having surgery soon. Check on my story!!

I went through through a revision in March for very similar reason . But I had had 2 revisions on the left side (one for a CC) and one on the right. That's when I changed surgeons and got the "girls" I had always wanted. My new surgeon is totally awesome and had me send him wish pics . I would advise asking the surgeon about size and show him pics of what you want to look like. I had someone that was my size , weight ,height etc. she has 300cc and looks fabulous. But my surgeon ended up putting 400 cc in me because he said the 300cc did not give me the look I told him I wanted. (My wish pics were on the wall in the OR. ) We had discussed 2 different brands but I told him to use whatever one he thought would be the best for me. I ended up with mentor 400cc HP silicone under the muscle . It is awesome to finally have the 2 years of pain and suffering behind me! I should have gone to him in the beginning , but was trying to stay local. I learned my lesson and will be going to him for everything I have done . Good luck! And if you don't won't to go bigger they can make the pockets smaller. ( I had originally asked for 300cc, but got 225cc because supposedly I couldnt hold 300 - but my pockets were too large and my implants would move.( and that can be VERY painful) But thank goodness that is all behind me now! So hang in there girl it will get better!

My Implants Falls into my Armpits and I Had Developed Capsular Contracture.

I am so unhappy with my results, but more than anything the pain that I have to endure everyday for the last 2 years is unreal. It has intervened with my lifestyle and with my performance at work, I lost my job over it. The bra in the pic is actually the first regular bra I be able to wear, the last ones were sport bra cause they don't make the pain worse. Although I can say that being without no bra is also painful. According to 4 other Doctors I went to for second opinions,
Dr. Halpern made the pockets for my implants too wide causing my implants to fall into my armpits and he also went over the muscle which wasn't a good for me, he used his "technique" and textured implants to prevent capsular contracture and here I am with capsular contracture on my right breast.
I am waiting for my revision surgery which is soon with another surgeon of course. Dr. Halpern refused to reimbursed me with at least half of what I paid for my procedure which I found very unfair and dishonest, he caused me pain, financial loss and left me with some emotional distress.

Still the same, counting the days for my breast revision surgery. I am so sad and nervous about going back to surgery, but I trust God and the surgeon.

I will be going back to the surgeon and will be advising him if yhey dont drop in the pocket within 3 months and pain in lefy side dosent stop he will be paying for my surgery and will not be going back yo him...if he couldn't get it right the first time hos not going to get it right the second time.
