Finally showered!!! Yay. It felt so good but made me lightheaded. My cut is still bleeding skittle on my right side and I am sure I will have a small dog ear on the left but overall I am happy with the results so far. Can't wait for the swelling to be gone and the plettingn to smooth out.

Belly button...
So I still have my second belly button. He did not do anything with it. We did discuss it and I chose to leave it alone. Redoing it would have meant having anothe full tummy tuck. It is lower right now, more in line with my hips than my waistline so it looks kind of funny. It is what it is. Hopefully with time and after some healing and when I am standing straight it will seem a little higher.

Why do you have 2 belly buttons? Shouldn't the original one have been removed with the first tummy tuck? I hear you on how much easier the revision is. I was back at the gym within 10 days after the revision to my tummy tuck! With my original tummy tuck I didn't get to shower for 53 days... so a huge difference! lol

lol... no I only have one belly button. I meant my second belly button as in the one he gave me not the original.

Ahhh... ok, gotcha! It's hard to see it and when you said you still had your second belly button I thought that meant you had two. lol

PO Day 3
Had another follow up today. I love that about Dr. Perez, constant follow ups to make sure you are doing well. He took out my drain and said I am looking well. Gave me the ok to start showering tomorrow. Yay!! Since I am doing so well I don't have to be back for another 2 weeks, unless I feel the need to see him and then I can go anytime. I am liking everything so far. My belly doesn't look like it had a shark bite taken out and my dad highs are slimmer. I am still swollen but I know that takes time.
