Hi. I am 12 days pre op for my tt and super excited and nervous! I found this website and decided it would be a great way to track my journey and experience. I will update pre op photos soon. I am currently laying awake in bed unable to fall asleep because of all the excitement!! The days seem to tick by...

Ok. So I'm 9 days post op. I am getting more excited by the hour. This hideous mush of a stomach is dommed! Lol. I purchased my first supply today. Hibicleans. (Spelling) I have heard several other items along my search, but please, if you know of any thing before or after surgery that will be beneficial let me know :) I'm going to attempt to upload a few photos of my before tummy. I warn you, they are selfies on my iPhone. Hahaha.

Who is your surgeon? I too am in Tampa and plan on having my TT June 6. I'm starting toget nervous now but for personal reasons.

I'm going to Dr. Paul Albear. He is great so far. He even lends you a walker after to surgery to assist with the lower back pain. I hope all goes well for you!

Me too!!! He and his staff have been awsome so far. What kind of compression garment did you get? He told me to get spanx that go down to mid thigh. Im just not sure if the one I have is tifht enough around where the cut will be and if it is easy enough for him to put on.

If I remember correctly he puts a seperate one on you after surgery and then after your postoperative appointment you can wear the spanks. Man, now I gotta call and make sure I don't need to buy one before surgery. Lol

Ok, I just spoke with Shyra and she said he puts a binder on you after surgery. The spanx is for after the binder and drains are romoved. Hope that helps :)
