I made my appointment with my mother. The entire staff from the receptionist to the doctor, was a pleasant experience. The doctor was very thorough with explaining the results I would expect from the Radiesse. My sister came with my mother and I, but did not have an appointment so scheduled one that day. I have been to the mall and had a totally different experience, and will be back!
