Here's some pictures I just took! Obviously I am not a photographer! Haha
Went back for MORE!!! My husband this I'm a little crazy! Hahaha!
Hi everyone! It's been a long time that I've posted anything on my review. I think it's because I was a little disappointed in my results and didn't want to acknowledge it, even to myself! I LOVE my new boobs! I couldn't have asked for anything better than what they are....and the tummy tuck results are also beautiful. I was just disappointed in the liposuction results. Maybe I expected too much or maybe as time goes by, you forget how much your body has changed....but when I'd looked in the mirror, I still felt like I didn't have a curve of a waistline! From all the bruising I had on my flanks after my surgery, I really expected that once the swelling went down, that I would have more shape. I kept waiting and waiting and it just didn't seem to be happening for me! Ughhhh....I was back to wearing my jeans, but I still felt like I had a roll (much smaller but still unwanted!) and some unwelcome love handles. I wanted to be able to wear a fitted top and have no overhang. Anyway......to make a long story short, when I went to my 6 week post-op appt, I discussed this with Dr. Castellano (who I love, by the way) and he suggested maybe doing some lipo on my back and flanks. That's all I had to hear....I was all for it. Why go thru all the pain of having a mommy makeover and end up disappointed. Right? Yes, my husband may have a point....maybe I am a little nuts, but last Thursday I went back and had the rest done. I figured, I may as well do it now while I'm still recovering somewhat for my 1st set of surgeries instead of waiting till I'm all better and then set myself back again. I really wasn't that nervous or worried this time. Compared to the 4-5 hour mommy makeover, this would be a piece of cake, right?.......WRONG!!!!! The lipo for my back took 1 hour. When I woke up, I was really really hurting! So much more from this 1 hour of lipo, than my mommy makeover! I was shocked! Anyway, I'm now 5 days post-op again, and I am still VERY sore. Feels like someone caned me across the back! I never considered this would be a tougher procedure to recover from and so I was not mentally prepared. I'm still glad I did it though and have no regrets! I can already see a big difference and it's only been 5-6 days! I can tell I still have a lot of swelling, so I can't wait to see how I look once it goes down. I can see a waistline now, just waiting to be seen! Yay!
I saw Dr. Castellano for my post-op on Monday and told him how surprised I was that my pain is so much worse this time. He said that my back was extremely fibrous and he had a feeling I was going to be pretty sore and bruised afterwards. He was right! I will try to get some pictures to put up again soon. Hope you all are recovering well if you're post-op, or if your surgery date is coming up soon, good luck and happy healing!

Someone please put a pin in my tire!
I feel like I'm heading in the wrong direction today! My spare tire is expanding (swelling obviously) instead of shrinking! I keep walking my the mirror waiting for the moment I take a peek and see the beginnings of my waistline! :(((. Tomorrow I have a follow-up with my doctor...can't wait to hear what he says. ....the twins are lovely....and they are not fraternal (like my previous set). thank goodness! :) trying to drink lots of fluids to flush my body and the bloat! Here's some pics...
