The texture of my face has been ruined by Dr....
The texture of my face has been ruined by Dr. Scheiner. He also scarred my face with his laser. He claims to be the best (partly due to his tv appearances) but is only concerned about making money. The follow up he provided was abismal and could even be considered negligent in the eyes of his peers. (BTW - I have consulted many doctors who cannot believe the outcome that I have experienced due to Dr. Scheiner's procedure.) Please proceed with caution if you are to do anything invasive with this doctor.
