Can you please post pictures of the current results... I too have had Lazor with no results and have tried different cremes that cost a fortune and still no results. Your Melasma looks just like mine on the cheeks and over the mouth. I pray for results like yours. Please update RealSelf, did your Melasma come back?
You look great! I have tried it all I have very stubborn dermal mixed melasma as well.. I have done cosmelan too with good result I’m ready for another I just hate the down time
Quick qeustion...i know they have reformulated the Cosmelan ..by chance, do u know if did the Cosmelan MD or the Cosmelan without the hydroquinone
Now that you have “new skin”, make sure you protect it fiercely. With melisma, it can come back in the warm months with sun exposure. Use a good SPF every day. I love ISDIN. The company also makes full coverage liquid drops to tint your SPF . It gives a flawless finish and evens out skin tone while protecting- like a liquid foundation with all the good benefits. 5 weeks post treatment

I am very pleased with my results.. After this treatment, I am able to leave the house without plastering makeup on my face.

Melasma is a debilitating aweful phase for most women. Although I don't know everything about this disease I am very careful about he sun, wearing sunscreen and a hat and taking care of my skin so it doesn't return.

I'm applying Cosmelan 2 once a day with no peeling.

That's great your results are lasting. I know the struggle with uneven skin tone it really knocks your confidence having to slather on makeup when you just want to be free.

I can leave the house without makeup (used eyeliner and mascara)..... but definelty worth the treatment.
