Dr. Halpern's adherence to the highest sterile standards, expertise and experience, made him the only logical choice. He carefully explained my condition then detailed how he would correct the problem. After all of my questions were answered, I shared with Dr. Halpern that my only request was that the suppleness be restored to my breast.
