I've been feeling pretty good, started upper body workouts this past week. I am liking them a lot in workout clothes but so far I feel meh about them in my regular clothes. If it's not right, I just look bigger, you know? I think part of the problem is that I am in major needs of some bras! I'm so limited rt now w what I can wear with the sports bras (I'm supposed to wear these 24/7 first 3 months). Obviously I've cheated at the pool or certain outfits, but for the most part I weR sports bras. Supportive ones while out and comfy cheap Walmart ones at home. Buuuut... I did go to CS and lady sizes me at 32 ddd but I think she's off by at least one d bc she measured over my sports bra. I like the fit if the 32 Ds there.

Can I ask your height & weight? I feel we have a similar build & I've also had 2 kids & nursed both. Have my consult tomorrow & just trying to get a good size in mind. Thanks!

Your review actually helped me to decide what size I would ultimately get. I tried on 365cc allergan natrelle inspira, round, full (high) profile and that was what was decided on and put in my file for surgery. However, I read your update saying you thought they were shrinking so I asked them to change them to 385 cc instead lol. Not enough of a difference to seem huge but perhaps enough that I don't think they've shrunk too much either.
Anyhow, I think you look awesome, even if you think they're a tad too far apart or small. :)

I think 385 sounds perfect! I go back and forth but at the end of the day I'm happy :). 25ccs is not much but at least you will know you went up a little! Good luck with your surgery!

hey , great results .did the dr end up lowering your fold ? I went to a consult and the dr wanted to lower my fold by 1”, I m worried about double bubble . did he place the implants above or below the muscle ?

I'm 3 weeks out today and back at the gym! I started last week, just walking and doing light leg stuff and today amped it up a bit more. I feel like my boobs hide in clothes but I'm kinda happy with that. I can play them up when I want or be more discreet if I need to be. I'm liking the shape a lot and they feel so much softer now. Only slight discomfort occasionally, mostly under rt boob. Maybe bc I'm rt handed and use rt side body more? I do not have another post op till 3 months (only had one appt at one week po)... Which is kinda weird bc I feel lots of you get more appts after. Oh well, they did say o could go in before if need be!

They look perfect! Happy with my size too and all my clothes still fit. My 2nd post-op is at two months, so similar to your situation.
I've been wanting to start some leg exercises as well--lunges, squats, leg lifts, etc but I'm making myself wait until I'm at least 4 weeks post-op. I feel like I try to do too much, too soon and my boobs are not happy about it. LoL :D
