How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.

This was 10 years ago.

I went to Dr. Diaco after two of my friends were happy with their new breasts. I did a ton of research and he seemed great.

Long story short, my boobs are amazing. Perfectly symmetrical. I am always around 100 pounds so I chose a 34/C which sometimes fits a D cup. People ask me all the time how I am so skinny with real boobs. I have even had new boyfriends touching them saying they can't believe they're real.

I went with silicone. I wouldn't expect the same natural feeling from saline. The scarring in my arm pits is very bad but I don't really care since it's just an arm pit. If I had gone under the breast I would have needed scar revision for sure. My body scars easily.

It's been 10 years so I should probably get them replaced soon. I hope they can stay looking the same!

He was nice. Strait and to the point. Gave me exactly what I wanted. Very rough in the post op visit while showing me how to correctly massage them. I couldn't drive home from the pain for 30 minutes.
