Best Dr. In the state of Fl. Look it up, I am a DD, went under muscle, and went through armpit, I am 475cc in each breast. I do not like silicone, cuz they look fake, and always hard, I know this cuz I had saline but the right one popped, and he told me about the new silicone and I have nvr been happier, ppl think they r real breast they r soft like real breast and hang like real breasts. So my advice if u want natural looking breast than go with silicone. I DNT even have to wear bras, I nvr do.. That's wat I love the most.. So plz go c Dr. Diaco he is the best. The staff there is so very nice an sweet. I went here for my very 1st breast surgery, I was an A cup an went to a size C, but the right popped after 5 yrs, an those were saline, and then I switched to silicone, DD, 475cc, under armpit.
