Haven’t posted in forever but thought I’d give an update now that I’m almost 8 months post-op. Before getting the surgery, I never thought I would be the one to have boob greed. I would see girls post how they wish they’d gone bigger and some would even go on to get a revision to upsize. I thought they were crazy! Yet here I am, having serious boob greed. Now that I’m about 8 months PO, it’s safe to say there isn’t much that’s going to change from here on out. Knowing what I know now, I would definitely consider getting a revision in the future to upsize to somewhere around 550 ccs.
Although everyone says I’ve had a great result, there are some things I wish I could change. The gap is what bothers me the most. Now that my boobs have dropped, I have very little upper pole fullness and no cleavage. I need to wear bras to get cleavage, and even at that the bras need to be push up to bring them close together. I have a 2-3 finger gap when not wearing a bra. I? purchased the new adhesive pull string bra that’s been all the hype so hopefully it does its job when it arrives. I still notice subtle asymmetry between my right and left, with my left being bigger and higher. These things aren’t as noticeable in the pictures/to other people but they bother me.
I wear a 32DD in VS bras. Most people can’t tell I have them done, and are surprised when I tell them. In my opinion, my boobs look relatively natural compared to other fake boobs. I can dress them up or down. Some days/angles/clothing make them look smaller/bigger. I? find myself constantly pushing my arms close to my sides to make my boobs look bigger and closer together when wearing low cut attire. Aside from all the nitpicky stuff, I do love having boobs and can’t imagine not having them now.
Hope this helps!

3 1/2 weeks PO

I'm a little over 3 weeks PO. It will officially be a month this Tuesday. Haven't had any real pain or discomfort. I'm very happy with how my incisions are healing. My nipples are still a little puffy but I have gained back most sensation. Boobs are still fairly firm but are softening with each day that passes. I'm still massaging daily and wearing my surgical bras as much as possible. I can also wear sports bras now but still opt for my surgical bras. I was measured last week at Nordstrom as a 30DD but the lady said a 32D would also work and is easier to find in stores. I was also measured at Victoria's secrete as a 32DD. The swelling has pretty much subsided. As a result, my boobs appear to look smaller and smaller every day. Also, I have a significant gap about 2 fingers width between my boobs. This was something I wanted to avoid at all costs. I understand that my existing anatomy had a lot to do with this result but perhaps a wider implant would have provided me with closer cleavage. I know it is still early on and my boobs can change during the drop and fluff process. Is there anything I can do to help close this gap? Has anyone else experienced this? I massage them together and wear my front closing surgical bra on the tightest setting to help bring them together more. In addition, I feel like my left boob is significantly bigger than my right. My left got the bigger implant (415cc) and my right got the smaller one (365cc). What do you guys think? It's most noticeable in the first pic I posted in this update. The gap and the size are the only two things I am having qualms about. Knowing what I know now, I would have still gone with a high profile implant, but with more ccs and a larger width.. somewhere around 450-485cc. The boob greed is real. Nevertheless, I love having boobs and like the overall shape of my breasts. The side profile seems to be taking on more of a slope and they are not as pointy. Still have some ways to go though. Will keep you guys updated.

Hi. I had mine done in February and had a gap, weeks later it's improved a great deal. Give it a few more weeks and when they become more situated in the pocket, you can squish them closer together. They appear symmetrical to me. How do they fit in the bra cup?

Hi! Thanks for your comment, that's reassuring to hear. I can only hope that my gap improves with time. As for fitting in a bra, I've only been wearing sports bras and surgical bras. Although they are getting squishier, they still don't conform well to fit into a bra cup. They pretty much stay in place which makes it difficult to wear regular bras just yet.

Mine just got to the point where I can move them around to get them in a bra cup. I notice one of mine has more cleavage than the other this way.

Honestly, your breasts look incredible and I don't even notice the difference in sizes. Girl, be proud! They turned out incredible! As for cleavage, you would of have to do moderate profile because they're wider implants=more cleavage and pushed your breast together more. But really, I think what you chose was the right choice! Congrats!

You look great!! I can't wait to be a couple months out & see the difference. I'm getting super impatient!! Haha

I feel better and better every day. Still pretty bloated. I've been icing them here and there. I've been out and about and have stopped taking pain killers and muscle relaxers. Only minor pain I've been having is the side of my left boob and my incisions.

You are like me! I was freaking out at first because I thought they were too small, but the girls on RS calmed me down n instructed me to be patient while the muscles go through their own process of relaxing n allowing the implant to come out. They were so right. I'm 3 weeks post op and now I'm wondering if I got them too big. Hehe. At 6 mos. I'll do my assessment because they change so much from day to day. YOU LOOK GREAT. So glad you got your dream boobd.

Hi, thanks so much! My mom swears by aloe so I'll have to give it a try. I posted a pic of my incisions in my recent update. They seem to be healing nicely so far.
