If you want to be counseled by an honest, knowledgeable, down to earth surgeon with more experience than 97% of his competition, you must see Dr. Diaco. He wanted me to be happy with my surgery and advised against a larger breast implant, which I initially requested. He looked at many pictures with me and helped me to understand that although the breasts that we were looking at were beautiful, my body frame was smaller than those women carrying a DD size chest. Often times, women perceive their bodies in a distorted manner and need an honest, unbiased opinion before surgery.

Why all the Diaco reviews with no pics. sounds like staff written. it would be nice if he's so great and they're so satisfied, you'd think they'd be so excited to post pics. That would be great.

They probably don't want to post images of their bare breasts online. I don't know. I went to Diaco in 2005 and found this review while looking to see if he was still on his A game. I LOVE my boobs and I am very sad that I'm going to have to get them redone soon. I live across the country and will probably be traveling back to Diaco.
I would love to add your experience to the breast augmentation community, but it would be helpful if you could provide some more detail about your experience with your procedure/treatment. I suggest adding pros and cons and/or before and after photos - optional of course, so that other community members can use your review as a guide through their journey.
