Going with Dr. Enrique Gomez

So, recently I began traveling for work. This definitely gives me the flexibility to work and take breaks as I see fit. I am definitely still considering surgery even more now because of my upper body weight. I have managed to maintain my weight pretty well. Yesterday I hit the scale and to my surprise I weighed 162 pounds. I’d like to lose a total of 7 more pounds that would be great. That would put me pretty close to my goal weight of 155. Honestly I’d be pretty stoked. The weight loss has improved my shape tremendously but I’m still fixated on my ass and hips. I want more roundness and fluff, thinner arms and upper back. I’m hoping that this process will be the last surgery for me. I have learned the exercise and diet play a major role in maintenance and that looking good comes at a cost. As I move forward I will definitely post more updates.

Well guys it has been 6 years since I had TT with lipo to flanks and let me tell you I have had my ups and downs with the weight gains and losses. I will say this for sure, no surgery last if you don’t exercise and eat healthy. At the beginning of the year I was almost 180 lbs and miserable . For my height and bone structure I should be around 145 at the most. So needless to say, the struggle is real. Fast forward to the present I have lost 14lbs and I’m focusing on loosing at least 5 -10 more pounds because I’d like to preserve some of my body fat to get lipo and BBL in Miami with the surgeon that did my previous procedure. I trust him given the fact that he performed my previous procedures and I had no complications. I feel safe knowing that Dr. Gomez is skilled and honest. The plan is to proceed with surgery in October or November. I am contemplating contingent on my job status. I will review the cost procedure on my YouTube channel... I still been two years since my tummy tuck and I'm ok with the results. People surgery won't be a quick fix to your weight loss... You still have to excercise and eat right to maintain your results or you will gain the abdominal weight right back. Myself I haven't really gained much back but I notice the difference even with 3-4lb weight gain weight loss shifts :-/
I'm happy to say I'm on a new journey. I'm trying to get my BBL with Dr. Omulepu in Miami Florida. I contacted his office just yesterday and I'm awaiting a response regarding the consultation. Btw...I sent current photos via email since I'm 4hrs away from Miami. I am tempted to call and ask for a face to face, patience is not one of my better attributes.
Also my daughter will be having the procedure as well so I need to know the particulars. I'm hoping that I will get the results that I want and everything works out the way I want for my daughter and I. I currently weight 165-167 it fluctuates... Not any more or less than when I had my tummy tuck. I wanted to lose 10 pounds but I'm not sure if that will be a good idea since I need the fat for my hips and buttocks. If anyone has been a patient of dr. Omulepu and has good results pictures message me.
