Boob greed! I've lost about an inch in bust width, and I am pretty sad about it. I was hoping to stay at 35". In my heart I know I picked the right implants, and I know I was so freaked when I thought they were too large, but I did get used to my week two/three size. I've been using my silicone scar tape all day, every day. The scars look good, but they do feel raised. Otherwise, everything feels much softer, and I have yet to actually see or feel the implants, which makes me very happy!

You look great! What size and profile did you end up with and what bra size are you now?

I have 275 cc Mentor Moderate Plus profile, round under-muscle. Since I'm still changing shape and size, I haven't really looked at bra sizes. My current measurements are 28" band and 34" bust. During weeks 2 and 3, I had a 35" bust. Prior to the surgery, I was wearing a 32B/C depending on the bra. I think I will likely finish up being a 32D.

I have the tape on still to help stitches and mine feel raised too. Do you know anything if that'll go away over time and that's normal?!

I have had surgeon grade silicon sheets on constantly for a week, and today the scars were not raised at all! My doctor recommended 12 hrs use a day for 3 months, and that is what I will probably do!

You look gorgeous! Your review has been so helpful for me as I'll be going with a similar implant as you. Would you mind posting any photos now that you're about 6 months post? Hope you're healing and doing well!!

Two Weeks Post-Op

Two weeks today. As of about three days ago, my left boob has been slightly more swollen. It protrudes maybe 1.0 cm more than my right breast, and I can "feel" it more. Right boob is pretty much "at home," which makes sense to me because I'm right-handed and use that side more. Begrudgingly following doctors orders about resting. I was very active before surgery so the restrictions on the gym are starting to make me stir crazy. Otherwise, all is well!

You look great girl!!! I'm only 5 days post op and omg this whole being lazy and relaxing thing is killing me too!! When did the soreness really reduce? I'm right handed but for some reason my right boob is giving me the worst soreness and my lefty is all great and dandy haha

I would say by day ten I had minimal soreness. It's only in the last few days I have been noticing soreness in my left breast. I have been walking often, which helped with the soreness overall, I think. Nothing more than a walk though!

I've just added yours on my "wish boobs". Seriously- they're perfect! even as early as day 14!

Thank you! I knew going in I did not want high profile. I had a pretty teardrop shape before, and I felt the mod plus was going to be the better fit for me!

Post-Op Day 7

It's officially been a week, and I am much happier on the whole. I was very concerned at first that my size was too large, but the swelling went down considerably on Day 5, and that made a much needed positive impact! For any of the lankier ladies following my progress, my doctor told me (and was 100% correct) that my bloating could be bad. I was carrying a ton of water weight for a few days, and I did need to go buy and take laxatives. I'm actually still using them, despite the fact that I have been able to eat regularly throughout this process. Just a heads up on that. I also had a lot of side swelling that really messed with me emotionally. None of my clothes fit at first, which shocked me because I had never intended to look massively chesty. But all that swelling has gone, and I'm now very happy with the results! My stitches come out Monday! Thank you for all the support and well wishes :)

Thank you so much for sharing. I am 3 days post op and feel like my upper body resembles a body builder and my stomach seems so bloated. This makes me feel much better. Thanks again.

So relieved to hear the bloat is normal. Been the worst part of the process really. You're looking great! We have similar size implants but your boobs have a beautiful natural shape. You should be thrilled!
