If you are in Southern California and are overwhelmed by the sea of plastic surgeons, let me save you the trouble…Dr. Ho is the best there is. I’ve had multiple disastrous surgeries with other plastic surgeons and I wouldn’t put anyone else through that heartache. I feel extremely lucky to have found Dr. Ho. What’s different about her is that she really takes the time to understand your motivation for surgery and provide her artistic as well as professional recommendation. Plastic surgery is an art as well as a science. Any surgeon can sell you on procedures, but the good ones will know what procedures will actually bring harmony to your features. I was very nervous to undergo more procedures to try to repair the bad work, but she really put me at ease by taking the time to understand my history and discuss solutions. This was way different than all my other consultations with surgeons that could’ve moonlighted as car salesmen. I was surprised at how quickly I healed after surgery. I expected to look like I had been hit by a truck since that was how I looked after my previous surgeries. However, after surgery with Dr. Ho, I just looked like I ate a bunch of cupcakes. I went to dinner later that day and forgot I had surgery a few hours prior. A previous surgeon told me I must have some healing disorder but now I know this was untrue. The real difference was the skill of the surgeon. My mom now says I look like myself again, which is the best thing to hear following years of looking like I had been in an accident. She’s even interested in getting some work done as she ages! I will let no other surgeon touch her - even if Dr. Ho moves to Antarctica. If you’re still unsure, take a look at her before and after photos. The woman is a miracle worker.
