I have been an on again off again diet & exerciser for my entire life. More on then off but I admit there have been times that I don't stick to a plan very well. I run, I like to run, you could call it a passion, but in 2014 I had back surgery so that knocked out the entire year from May 2014 to December 2014. I am back on the running bandwagon and the weight is coming off slowly. Problem is, I know I will get to my goal weight and still have that unwanted muffin top that NEVER goes away, you know what I'm talking about, that baby fat that has been there your whole life. That fat that even as a kid you were waiting to leave your body as you grew taller or played more sports or went through puberty. Well yea, mine never went away and now that I am in my early 30s and two kids later, you guessed it.... no matter how much exercise or vegetables I eat, it is still there. I am 5'4", and in 2013 I weighed 137 pounds (comfortable size 6) and it was still there. After back surgery and well... let's be honest, life happens, I am currently 152 pounds (BMI 26) down from 167. Goal weight is 135 after more dieting, exercise, and the procedure. I don't think this procedure will be cure all to my fat ailments but it will definitely be a push in the right direction. I am having my upper abs, lower abs, and waist (love handles) done. I will be posting before and after pictures as I get closer to my procedure date. I also plan on using a firming skin product to help with any loose skin from the procedure. We are going on a cruise in August and I want to be swimsuit ready by then so it is important that I recover fairly quickly to get back to some type of physical activity.

I am getting very excited and anxious for my procedure. I have lost 2 more pounds since my last review so I now weigh 150, I really have a goal of being 148 at my pre-op. My husband surprised me by adding inner and outer thighs to my procedure. I plan to post pictures about a week before the procedure. My hope is that I have a quick recovery. I am healthy and currently exercise... I want to be able to get back to exercise about 2 weeks or sooner after the procedure. I also want to work on the Monday following my Friday procedure.... I can tolerate pain fairly well so I don't want to take more time off of work then I have to. More to come in a week or so... Look for some pictures and measurements.

I can't believe that this time next week my procedure will be over and hopefully already recovering. I go for my Pre-op appointment on the 23rd and I hope the Dr. is confident I will get good results. I took my before pictures and measurements which I will post. As of this morning I am still 150 pounds, really want to be 148 the day of my procedure but I'm not sure it will happen. I continue to do daily squats and run. I did Dr. Oz's 3 day juice detox last week and I got a horrible rash all over my arms and legs..... After a little research online I guess skin rashes are common with detox programs as toxins come out your skin. After the detox I was 149 pounds but bounced back to 150, I do feel better though. Anyway here are my pictures, hoping all goes well with my procedure. I will post again after my pre-op.
