12 days until lift and tuck
Today was my pre op appointment!! Eek. I can't believe it's going to happen. I had a meeting with my doctor and a compassionate nurse whom also had a tummy tuck as well. We went over all my questions, rx, paperwork and made final payment. Work is going to be very CRAZY until the big day! :/ procedure is to start @ 6:45 am on jan 29th. I'm extremely nervous about not waking up after procedure. I was also very very emotional on my drive home I actually cried a little bit. joy mostly knowing that I don't have to hide behind my clothes anymore. Now I just need to get rid of this stupid cold and cough!! Ugh

I think that must be a common thought about not waking up. I will be going under too and have been having those thoughts

I am post op day 8. I do have slight discomfort by the end of the day. It's nothing that the heating pad, for about 15 mins, can't fix. Hope this helps!

Hey!! I am so happy for you! My surgery is scheduled for the 29th too! I also have an infant (he'll be 3 months on the 15th), so I am anxious to see how it all goes afterwards when I can't take care of my kiddos right away. What are your plans for your kids?
