For the most part my skin is good given I'm 51 years old. That said, I felt a little insecure starting to date after my divorce and decided to try Microdermabrasion. My first red flag should have been that she didn't go over any warning signs or give me anything to sign for the treatment or aftercare. The day of there was not much redness but the day after my face and neck broke out in horrible, painful red streaks. The wrinkles around my mouth are also now so much deeper and noticeable. I called the clinician who blamed me and the machine: "It looks like the machine over-exfoliated you" and "In order to get those marks you must have ignored how great the pressure was. I'm not saying it is your fault, but you really should have told me to stop" My question to you all is: WHAT DO I DO NOW??? I'm so scared...

As someone who does this for her job, she is a POS. I would report whoever did this to you, they should know how strong to do it, and take all factors in, like age, skin type, etc. I hope you do report her, this is unprofessional and it is not your fault!

so unprofessional so she scarf you and then blames you shame on her. Thank you for sharing your results I know it must be hard and I truly hope that the marks go away. People like herself shouldn't be in business
The only thing you can and should do is seeing a dermatologist if you havent already.
