U look great. I was wondering what tips can u pass on. Did u leak from the wound after surgery. If so, was it bad? Getting mine done this Friday coming up. Thank u!

No, I thought I would leak more: they removed 50:'(. But it was over in a day. I still used pass til the incision was scabbed. Use the compression religiously and for up to 3mo at night. Use Arnica & ibuprofen and other anti inflammatories like garlic :-) be patient. It could take 6mo to see the full result. You may not 32nd up looking younger, just better. :-) understand big workouts can cause re-swelling but do them anyway. Be kind to yourself. That's all.
