I’m 42 years old and I’ve always had fairly large breasts (34C), then age and gravity began to change them and they started looking smaller and less full/perky. I wanted implants that look and feel natural, shaped like mine, but fuller, a little larger, and look great without a push-up bra. I decided on gel silicone, round-base shaped, 425cc.
