My implants were 9 years old. I had my old 340cc saline implants under the muscle replaced with 450cc textured silicone implants and a Suri mesh to help hold them up a little higher again. I LOVE them!! The outcome was exactly what I was looking for. My recovery time was a little longer than the first. I was back to work the first week, but still had pain and couldn't move much.
