I'm exactly 2 weeks post breast augmentation with 425cc sientra textured shaped implants. I started with little breast tissue and B cup. My right breast was pointed out to be slightly lower than my left before my augmentation. I understand that both breast are not identical and with augmentation it can make it more obvious. My concern is how asymmetrical they look and hoping someone could give me some insight on what they think.

You are correct. All breasts, augmented or not, have some asymmetries and a breast augmentation can seem to magnify the differences. From your early post op pictures it seems as though your asymmetries are minor. Most importantly, at two weeks after surgery, it is way too early to determine what your final result will be. I am confident you will have a great result. Just give it some time...

I appreciate your response and feedback Dr. Ehret, thank you very much. I understand what you're saying and know that I need to be patient, its a process and I'm working on it. Again, thank you for taking the time to respond to my post.

I think it is hardly noticable. Is it possible that changing how you hold your shoulders can make the difference? Personally I think on a swim suit r bra no one would notice and if your naked no one looking will care about that very minor difference. Lol. But I understand your concern. I was very asymmetrical before and my doctor gave me a lift during my surgery. I am still slightly off probably close to where you are in difference now... but I was also told to be patient for the first 3-6 months because while they are settling they will look different all the time. Hang in there girl! I share your worries! But we need to be patiemt.

I would be curious to see your before photos. It’s prob a month after you posted this. How are you settling now? Patience is the key and it takes many months for d&f to complete. Hope all is well. Happy continued healing dear! ❤️
