Tummy tuck and lipo

TT and Lipo, 3 weeks post-op and loving the results!

WORTH IT$8,977
I'm not going to sugar coat this, the first few days post-op were mostly awful. A tummy tuck is major surgery and you are completely dependent on other people for everything! I was an emotional mess. In hindsight I think some of my experience was due to a reaction to the pain medication, because once I switched to advil my mood stabilized and I felt much better. I turned the corner on day 11 and feel amazing! I love my results and am so happy with my decision.

I’m scheduled to get a TT and Lift at the end of August. How long until you were able to move around easily? And do you have any current photos?
Sorry, I don't remember. I remember a lot of discomfort from the lipo on my saddlebags, all the deep bruising made it difficult to get comfortable. Also, in hindsight I wish I'd been more clear w my surgeon and had him do a traditional tummy tuck (tighten my abdominal muscles) and not just the skin. Also, my scar is not at all what I was anticipating--it is very noticeable and raised. This isn't because of how I scar--my c-section scar was thin & smooth.

3 days post-op!

3 days post-op and thrilled with my new tummy! Having a lot of pain, much more than I anticipated, but that's because my husband is super paranoid about narcotics and was trickling them in one at a time the first 2 days, making it impossible to get my pain under control. I also added ibuprofen to my pain management after checking with my doctor and that has helped a lot. Very swollen & itchy today. This recovery is no joke!

Looking soooo good!!!! I'm seriously so excited for you!
Please show more PO pictures... I am searching for a plastic surgeon. I have had consultations in Seattle and Bellevue. Did you like yours? Was he from Tacoma?
My surgeon is in Tacoma. He's amazing, I am thrilled with my results! He was very honest about what he could and couldn't do for me. I researched the heck out of this and have zero concerns abt my surgeon. Also loved his staff. It's hard to take pictures bc I am not supposed to stand upright yet and I am swollen and bruised still. Everything is nice and tight! :)
