I have been thinking of getting implants for 6 years. I finally went through with it on march 23, 2018. I had seen a few doctors and decided to go with dr. Baum. He did a wonderful job. I had minimal pain after the surgery. The whole process so far has been pretty good. The pain is tolerable so far. I am now post op day 5. I was told i would benefit from a lift although i chose not to get one. I really do not want all the scars and extra pain. I just wanted to feel better about what i wear and be able to fill out a bra. Before surgery i was a 32a/32b. I went with 420cc silicone soft touch under the muscle with a crease incision. The only thing that i am unsure about is how square my breast are right now. Im really hoping they drop and round out enough. I know i need to be patient but it is hard. If anyone has any positive feedback of this, i would really enjoy hearing it. Will update soon.

So today is day 6. I finally got out of the house and went to the movies. Overall, it went good. But all the movement put me in a bit of pain. Took a pain pill and it helped tremendously. I really havent had mich pain up until i went to my post op appointment whdn the doctor gave me the band to wear on top of my chest. It really does put alot of pressure and i think that is what causes all the pain. Because if i take it off i get a major relief for a few min. Im hoping it will get better as they soften as i have to wear the band for 6 weeks. So, i woke up this morning and no one was home to help me. I got the kids on the bus and did a little clean up of the house. Your body really lets you know when you have pushed your self to the limit. I had to sit down to rest a few times. Everyday i see a little difference in my chest. Not a big difference for sure but a little bit. I will post some pictures of my progress. Starting with the day of surgery up until today. ????

Don't worry girl! you look right on track with your progress. they will round out as they drop and fluff. They change very quickly in the early stages. You will see slight changes every day and bigger changes from week to week. As they drop you will notice your nipple lifting and the bottom pole fills and rounds out. You should be socially ready by 6wks. Most girls drop and fluff by 3-6months. But it cam take up to 1 yrs in some cases. This is a process that takes time and a lot of patience. So hang in there. :-)

Thats what im worried about is if they will drop enough to fill in the bottom pole. Im trying to stay positive. Thank you for the encouragement.
