So im officially 19 weeks post surgery tomorrow. So much has changed! My girls have settles in very well. Im happy ro report that im glad i have opted out for the lift. I have bypassed all the scarring that would accompany a breast lift. i am so happy with results of my choice and the breast augmentation. My nipples are sitting higher with just the implant and my doctor was suprised at how well they look without the lift! I will post pictures tomorrow! At this point i have no regrets!

Today marks 3 weeks after my surgery. A few things have changed in the last couple days. So on day 19 i finally slept on my side for a few hours. Probably the best sleep i have gotten since before my surgery.( i hate sleeping on my back)! I also have been able to start carrying everyday things. I have lifted my 18 month old a few times but i try to be extra careful and use as much back and leg strength as i can. Lastly, i have noticed a significant drop in my implants. Im so glad they are dropping. I was starting to feel like they werent going to. I dont know how much more they will drop but it is not as bad as they were. The picture i am posting is at 20 days. So just shy of 3 weeks. Remember i did not get a lift so my nipples are further down and slightly uneven but i dont care. I just want a bigger chest to fill out my bras and other clothes!! I will keep everyone posted as changes occur. ????

Looking good!!! you still have a good bit of settling (dropping) to do. Your nipples will sit higher once they D&F and the bottom pole rounds out. Mine fully settled into place by 3 months although I am still "fluffing".
Be careful sleeping on your side and be sure to rotate that way you sleep on both sides evenly. I still sleep on my back my PS advises against side sleeping but every Dr is different so be sure to follow your surgeons instructions. Good luck!

Thank you. I rotate on each side while sleeping. I hadnt asked the dr if it was okay. So maybe i will try and sleep on my back again till i talk to the doctor. How long ago did you get your surgery?
