I don't want too small or too big because I workout/run/yoga hard. I want to wear tanks without a bra. I liked the 300 sizers but see in pictures here that a few sizes up look good . Do you think based on my needs 300's are big enough? I'm excited , it's one week away.
Wondering also if I can start walking the day after? I like to move can you tell?

I'm not sure about size yet. My PS just told me to not worry about size, but to find the "look" I like and bring in photos or computer links, so that is what I am doing. He comes highly recommended, so I'm trying to trust his judgment... I'm combing thru tons of boob images, but the ones on here, I cannot print! grrrr! so i'm sending him the links via email. i'm also trying to print the ones I hate, so he knows what NOT to do to me ;)

I have 450ccs which are way too big for me and look so unnatural. I am having them downsized or explanted. I say, if you want a natural look, go with the advice of your PS. I would have been more than happy with a small C and I am a D now- hard to hide them. I run and play tennis and these are always on display ...

What size bra do you wear now? I have 304cc implants and went from a 36aa/a cup to a full 36B. I wanted a full B, so I got my wish. PS used mod plus, I wanted a little side boob, I didn't want the projection of a hp implant. I am 2 1/2 months post op. I started walking a few days afterwards, it deff wears you out, so go slow.

I would be happy with a full 36B. I can barely fit in a 36 A or 36B. But the 36 B's are always wrinkly because I don't have the cup size. I accidently posted 330cc on a question for doctors but they will be 300's. I'll wait a couple days to walk , thanks for the advice.

I'm 50, 5'6", 125lbs. I was a 34b and have 280cc implants (silicone). I am now 34d and very happy! They do not look too big at all. after a few months, I felt like maybe I should go bigger because they seem to have shrunk in my eyes. I know that is not so sine the 34d bras still fit!

Im 51kgs and 159cm was a complete flat chest and got 300cc unders HP, im fitting a C cup and happy as. They are not big compared to others but still massive in my eyes :) gdluck,

I got really nervous today about "wow I can't believe I"m putting plastic in my body" "why don't I accept my body" etc.
I know though that I read something like 97% are happy with their BA results and I've wanted to this for 34 years , it'll be fine i know!!
Just wondering if any of you went straight to ADVIL when you got home?

Best of luck to you! I'm following you cuz I'm 49, 5'6", 135 lbs and going with either 275 or 300 Sientra rounds on Tues, 3/5. My dr prescribed Oxycodone for pain. Also a muscle relaxer, anti-nausea and stool softener. Yikes! Sometimes I wonder what the hell I'm doing too. Hope our journey is worth it.

WOW!! Everything went great!! I'm home now, ready to have some coffee!! I already like my shape. The sternum area is sore, like someone punched me there. And this is with meds. So I think I'll take the pain killers tongiht t sleep and possibly tomorrow too. And then see. So glad I did it now.

I had a huge headache, Tylenol does not work for me, as soon I took Advil along with other meds, I felt great!!
