Sylfirm X - 2nd treatment in a series of 3 treatments - Zero changes

My neck was looser after this treatment with a flabby line of skin down the center of my neck which I did not have before. In addition to that. I have no research to back my claim but I do not think RF is a good idea right after hylaurdinaise which I had done. I was over treated with the dissolver and I don’t think my skin n the area could handle that heat

It is 4 weeks after my second treatment and I see zero improvements. If anything I’m wondering if my neck is worse. At best there are no improvements what so ever. I should have gotten ultherapy. The money and time investment (3 sessions and waiting) is not worth it so far

Not sure. Just finished my second treatment in a series of 3 treatments. My first treatment after one month has produced zero changes. My goals are neck tightening and tightening of the low face around jaw line and chin. Part of the problem is that I don't think my provider is understanding my concerns. I had the second sylfirm treatment by her today followed my filler and she put the filler in different places not addressing my concerns. I'm losing confidence in her and I think I should have gotten ultherapy which I know works for me. I had ultherapy done a few years ago and haven't used Botox on my forehead ever since. I bummed I bought this expensive package. I have very mild laxity/sagging in my neck that I think a device can handle. Will keep you posted on my journey. I go back in, in a month for my final treatment.
