I did not obtain any noticeable results

Absolutely No Results Whatsoever
I decided to try Sylfirm X, mainly because the upper eyelids can also be treated during a session.
I am in my 50's, and due to sagging and folds on my upper eyelids, I really should have an eyelid surgery.
But based on the promising reviews I read here on RealSelf, I figured that I would try Sylfirm X, in the hopes that I would see a noticeable difference, not only on my eyelids, but on my face overall.
I had a total of 3 sessions, and unfortunately $3,000 later, I did not obtain any noticeable results. Not on my eyelids, not on my face, not on my neck. Absolutely nothing.
The technician kept reassuring me that my skin was looking better, but if you are expecting your face to overall look more tight and firm (as indicated in the name SylFirm), this is actually a huge disappointment.
I ended up getting injections and threads on my face and neck, as an emergency fix.
My eyelids are exactly the same as before. Zero improvement whatsoever.
I am hugely disappointed, and will schedule an eyelid surgery in the near future.
