Hello I found it incredibly painful, but not sure what level she used, she did mention something about level 10 what ever that means. I have a 2nd treatment in 4 weeks and maybe ask to go lower. Do you know what levels were used for you?

I don’t know what level but if you can handle it, try to do again the same level. It will only get better.
