Sylfirm x for face and neck - Not worth the $

I was looking at filler vs RF microneedling procedures for marionette lines, jowls, festoons, and neck. I was told sylfirm x would give me the best bang for my buck with 3 treatments for $2400 for my face and neck. However, the NP who was trained let the aesthetician who was not trained complete my treatments…I let them know at every appointment that I saw no improvements and that they could be more aggressive as it was not painful till the 3rd treatment.
