How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

Sylfirm X W/ Exosomes for Broken Capillaries, Orange Peel Pores, Age Spots, and Jowl Definition
I'm a huge fan of PRP/PRF and was looking into micro-needling with PRF which is still hard to find locally. I discovered some reviews on Sylfirm X and did some investigation into the procedure and decided to proceed with that instead. Alex was fabulous and after allowing me to interrogate him (lol), he put my concerns to ease. He was a delight with an excellent bedside manner. The facility itself was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable to be in and I will be returning in the future (possibly to have another Sylfirm X treatment).
What I didn't expect: I have a high pain tolerance according to anyone who has worked on me, including Alex. I barely blinked during Ultherapy a few years ago and PRP treatments. During this one, I was fine until he got to my eyes and nasolabial folds which were uncomfortable, but tolerable. What I didn't expect was the swelling and discomfort toward the end of the procedure and afterward. It felt like my face was on fire and I was VERY happy I chose an after-procedure exosomes to cool my skin down. Looking back, the swelling and discomfort were fine, it just caught me off guard because I rarely have any reaction and I had read in my research how much less painful Sylfirm is compared to Morpheus. Less painful or not, I was wiped out after the procedure. I had to cancel my afternoon plans because there was nowhere I wanted to be, but home where I ended up napping for a few hours.
The swelling died down after about 24 hours and although it's only been 2 days since the procedure, I'm already seeing results (which won't really be evident for 3 months or so). The early differences are subtle, but my pores are smaller, my skin is clearer and I feel like my face has more contour and less redness. If the results continue to improve, I'll probably go back for another round in a couple of months.
Please note that in the before pics, I'm wearing foundation and in the after/current photos, I'm only wearing mascara and sunscreen.
