In Only 1 Treatment Got my Neck Back!
Fabulous results with my first of probably 3 treatments. Exosomes were used with the treatment. It's been just 2 weeks and it takes time to see the results plus multiple treatments are generally needed to get desired results but I am already seeing positive changes. My saggy, baggy, neck has been transformed! My jowls are firmed up a bit too and now disappear when I smile rather than sag down. Lines around my mouth and eyes seem softer and so do my labial folds. I'm very happy and will be returning for the rest of the series.
I did find the treatment painful. Normally I have a high pain tolerance. I've done at home mirco-needling so I am aware of the feeling and that never bothered me. Topical anesthetic was applied 30 minutes prior to treatment but still I was very uncomfortable especially on the cheek area and side of the face. Other areas like my neck and forehead I didn't really feel at all.
I did have one bad side effect. On the second day post treatment I woke up with a red swollen lower eye lid. I had a badly clogged oil duct that did erupt next day on the water line. Two days later my other eye top lid swelled up. I could not see a clogged duct. It must have been deep in the lids. I started using warm compresses on my eyes and that improved it but one eye lid is still a bit swollen and I cannot wear a contact lens in that eye until it completely resolves. I have "dry eye" and blepharitis so I believe that the heat and RF waves by my eyes aggravated some clogged oil glands. I don't believe this is a side effect others would have to worry about unless they have a similar eye diagnosis. Surprisingly RF heat treatment is used to unplug clogged oil ducts! Now I know for my next treatment to start compresses immediately and use supportive ointments as needed.
